- 修正 ApiInfoMagicResourceStorage 双参 buildMappingKey 丢失接口自身路径， 避免 zip 导入时同分组同方法不同路径的接口被误判为路径冲突 - 修正单参 buildMappingKey 空路径判断，仅当接口路径与父级分组路径 均为空时才返回空 - AbstractMagicDynamicRegistry.register 增加空 mapping key 防护， 避免存量无路径接口在启动注册时 NPE - 移除 DefaultMagicResourceService 中遗留的 FIXME 注释

当前版本受限于后端校验接口路径entity.path不能为空，导致形如以下路径结尾不带/的接口无法在分组下简化定义。
get /aaa/bbb
put /aaa/bbb
post /aaa/bbb
delete /aaa/bbb
本pr对校验规则进行调整，放开entity.path可以为空，但校验grouppath + entity.path不能都为空
