chore: update node packages

[m1ga]

going from 29 vulnerabilities (1 low, 14 moderate, 12 high, 2 critical) to 10 vulnerabilities (1 low, 5 moderate, 4 high)

tests run fine but I didn't do any other tests in the SDK yet, that's why it's a draft
