Add the 4.3.0 Changelog entry, bump XRAYLIB_MINOR/MICRO in include/xraylib.h (not covered by bump2version), and bump the libtool revision (interface unchanged, C:R+1:A) in configure.ac and meson.build. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>
