Hey @armand1m, as I mentioned in the other PR, I just switched to yarn and workspaces, so if you want to swap this to use Yarn, awesome, otherwise, we can close it. |

What it does
This moves the tailor service from the root of the project to a package called
layout-service.The layout service implements also the
startscript needed to start Tailor service.This also changes some
package.jsonscripts to make it more easy to get started with Tailor.This also changes the README.md to include these changes, and also fixes an error from my last pull request. The url to clone in the docs was pointing to my repo 😅
