Following recent annoucement[1], we can rely on only one argocd instance. Let's switch to this by default.

It seems to be the way to go, according to validatedpatterns/docs#724 (comment)

NOTE: it is NOT supported to switch from single to multi instance back and forth. This requires a fresh deploy.

The pattern now sets global.singleArgoCD: true by default. Update all
documentation to reflect a single vp-gitops namespace instead of the
former dual-namespace layout (vp-gitops + rhoso-gitops-standalone).
Update the values-global.yaml table row to mention singleArgoCD mode
and custom ArgoCD health checks.
