Enable proxy forwarding for gRPC HTTP2 traffic for TypeDB.
Currently following a very crude approach that intercepts all HTTP2 (gRPC) connections and forwards them to the TypeDB container enpoint, which obviously needs to be fixed and enhanced over time..
