It's been some time since I began working on this project. It started as a command block chain, then a data pack for Minecraft 1.14.4, then a fabric mod since Minecraft 1.16.5. Thank you all for using this mod, and thank you for your help and support.

Now you need to hold Ctrl while interacting with or placing note blocks to open up the tuning UI. Otherwise, note blocks will have vanilla Minecraft behavior.

Added a new command /tune <pos> <note>.
Removed ScreenHandler and HandledScreen registration to keep this mod optional for client-side.
Removed /blocktuner command. This means that you are unable to turn BlockTuner off for now, sorry for the inconvenience.
