Updates the js-yaml transitive dependency in
yarn.lockfrom 3.14.0 to 3.15.1. There are no application source changes—only the lockfile resolution and checksum forjs-yaml@npm:^3.13.1.The newer release backports security and hardening fixes (e.g. quadratic-complexity fix for
