Enable unused parameter and require lint rules

What changes are you making?

Enables and addresses two previously disabled Detekt rules in the Android demo app:

• UseRequire: Replaces the manual if/throw IllegalArgumentException pattern in Header with Kotlin's idiomatic require() function.
• UnusedParameter: The enabled parameter in AddToCartButton was previously unused — it is now combined with loading to correctly gate the button's enabled state via buttonEnabled.

Additionally, the AddToCartButton is migrated from TextButton with a manual BorderStroke to OutlinedButton, and the button text color is set to LocalContentColor.current so it correctly reflects the button's enabled/disabled state.

How to test

1. Build and run the CheckoutKitAndroidDemo app.
2. Navigate to a product page and verify the "Add to Cart" button renders correctly with its outline border.
3. Verify the button is disabled when either loading is true or enabled is false, and that the text color reflects the disabled state.
4. Run Detekt and confirm no UseRequire or UnusedParameter violations are reported.
